Ellen Cuthrell
Ellen Cuthrell, M.S., provides virtual educational therapy and executive function coaching for high school and college students, coaching support for parents, and life skills coaching for post-college young adults focused on planning, routines, follow-through, and next-step transitions. Her background includes ten years as a learning specialist at an independent school and experience as an adjunct faculty member at Bucks County Community College, teaching developmental reading and study skills and advising students on academic strategy. She holds a Master of Science in Reading, dual B.A. degrees in English and Psychology, and a postgraduate certificate in Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning Disabilities. Ellen is an Educational Therapist through AET and holds certifications in ADHD/executive function coaching and life coaching, along with Pennsylvania teaching certifications.

Willa Cuthrell-Tuttleman
Willa graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College in May 2024, with a bachelor's degree in English and a concentration in Creative Writing. She has worked as an editorial and creative intern for the Asian American Writers' Workshop, Apogee Journal, and the Sundance Institute. Her writing has been published in Columbia Spectator and Asian American Writers' Workshop's The Margins. She has tutored K-12 and beyond with BOOST Tutors & Mentors and the Midtown Utica Community Center. She is currently in Los Angeles earning a Master's degree in Film & TV Production.
Jessica Jefferis
Jessica Jefferis, Ed. D. is a Learning Specialist with 25 years of experience in Education. She has an M Ed. with a Reading Specialist degree, an Ed. D. in Ed Leadership and Special Education, and a BA in English. She has certifications in NJ K-8, PA K-6, PA Reading Specialist K-12, and PA Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Jefferis is passionate about empowering students with learning differences, such as ADHD and High-Functioning Autism, and focuses on research-driven instructional practices. Jessica specializes in guiding students in Middle school all the way to Graduate school in executive function skills, as well as transitions to private high schools and universities, to ensure academic independence and success.​

Alysia Butler
Alysia Butler is a seasoned executive functioning coach, having worked with middle school, high school, and college aged students for the past five years as a tutor, middle/high school student success coach, and as a college academic advisor. She received her Executive Functioning Coaching certification from EF Coaching Academy and is completing her graduate certificate in Disability Studies in Higher Education at Suffolk University. Alysia has lived experience in the field with her three neurodiverse children. Alysia lives in Massachusetts with her husband, three boys, and dog Newton.
Sam graduated from Muhlenberg College in January 2026 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English Creative Writing and Media Communications with a 3.8 GPA. She is currently being mentored in Executive Function Training and has been working as an Executive Function Apprentice since 2025.
