Virtual coaching for high school, college, and post-grad young adults who want stronger skills and steadier routines.

High School Students:

  • Disorganization (materials, portals, deadlines).

  • Time management and planning problems. 

  • Missing assignments / falling behind / school avoidance patterns. 

  • Writing and multi-step assignments that feel overwhelming. 

  • Learning differences that affect reading/writing/workload management (e.g., dyslexia).

College Students:

  • Transition to independence (planning, routines, accountability). 

  • Managing deadlines across multiple classes.

  • Executive function challenges (prioritizing, breaking down tasks, sustained attention).

  • Study systems, note-taking, and exam preparation.

  • Life-management skills that affect academics (sleep schedule, weekly planning, habits)

Parents and Caregivers (including those with ADHD):

  • Setting up home routines, expectations, and accountability.

  • Reducing conflict around schoolwork; improving follow-through.

  • Creating practical systems (family calendar, task lists, check-ins).

  • Support navigating school communication (with consent).

  • Executive functioning coaching for parents/caregivers managing their own ADHD-related challenges (planning, consistency, organization).
